When will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped next day or same day as purchase unless stated otherwise. 

What is the return policy?

We do NOT accept refunds currently due to COVID-19. If your items become damaged during transit, you have 3 days to report it by email or text/call. You must send picture proof of the damaged item, we will the  send a replacement or refund free of cost. 

Where is my tracking number?

Tracking numbers are directed to the contact information you provide at checkout. If you provided your email, your confirmation and tracking number email may be in your junk or spam folder. If you provided your phone number, you will be texted with your tracking number. 

Something is wrong with my item! What do I do?

Never Loved is 100% committed to making our customers happy. If your item gets damaged in shipment or it breaks within 3 days of arrival, we will send you a free replacement or a refund of your choice. 

What materials / metals do you use?

All chains are stainless steel or aluminum, which do NOT rust. Some charms are aluminum, Most charms are zinc alloy and lead and nickel free, these charms have a chance of rusting if not taken care of properly. Stainless steel charms are available as well which makes your jewelry 100% water resistant. As always, it is very important to take care of your jewelry and to avoid sleeping or showering it with it, no matter what metal it is. This will make your jewelry last longer and make it look new for years. All metals are stated in the description of the item.

AS ALWAYS: Avoid wetting, sweating, or sleeping with your jewelry to maintain its color and form for a longer time. Jewelry worn in the shower will not rust, however, if handled with care they can last for years.
